Katrina Scott is one of the OG fitness influencers. Long before I turned to TikTok for efficient exercises or used YouTube as my personal gym plan, I got my workout inspo from Scott’s Bravo TV show Toned Up.
The personal trainer and media personality was also the first woman to pose for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit while visibly pregnant (such a flex)! Over a decade later, I’m still a fan! I recently had the privilege of visiting Scott’s Studio KSL, an intimate fitness studio with an accompanying wellness app, and taking a class taught by the founder herself.
