Jelly Roll‘s wife, Bunnie Xo, offered an unfiltered look at the gruesome aftermath of getting a facelift.

“I look like Bert Kreischer,” Bunnie Xo, 46, captioned an Instagram video on Monday, March 16, while referencing the stand-up comedian. In the post, Bunnie Xo’s face is visibly swollen immediately after her medical procedure.

Bunnie Xo originally announced on the Friday, March 13, episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast that she was getting a facelift.

“Send lots of prayers for your girl,” she said about her expectations post-surgery. “I’m gonna look crazy, guys. I’m gonna be bruised. It’s gonna be a little weird. Don’t freak out.”

While Bunnie Xo called her doctor “really f***ing good,” she chose not to share his name, adding, “Everything’s gonna go great.” The content creator previously spoke about her decision to go under the knife.

“Just gonna tack it back. Just a little bit,” she said in a separate podcast episode released in February. Bunnie Xo admitted to being “scared” but pointed out if she got “it done now” then she wouldn’t have to do it when she’s 65.

Bunnie Xo is no stranger when it comes to being candid about her personal and professional life. Before her medical procedure, Bunnie Xo reflected on the most shocking moments from her past in her memoir, Stripped Down: Unfiltered and Unapologetic.

While speaking exclusively to Us Weekly in February, Bunnie Xo addressed the decision to not leave anything out of the book — including husband Jelly Roll’s infidelity.

“I am very vocal online and I have [my ‘Dumb Blonde’ podcast] where I have people tell their stories. But the crazy thing is that nobody really knows my life story. They know bits and pieces that I’ve allowed them to know, but nobody knows the full story,” she shared at the time. “It was very cathartic looking back and seeing all that I had overcome. But I never stopped to really think about it. It was really awesome to be able to look back and be like, ‘Man, I made it through this.’ It was definitely therapeutic and cathartic.”

Bunnie Xo noted that she gave her husband an early copy.

“He’s reading it now. As I was writing the chapters, I would tell him, ‘Do you want me to send the book to you?’ And he’s like, ‘No, I just want to read it when it comes out. Tell your truth.’ My husband has never stifled my creativity,” she gushed. “That’s one thing I love about my husband. He’s been my No. 1 supporter.”

Jelly Roll, 41, for his part, praised his wife’s accomplishment.

“It was rough at times just for me to read it,” he told People that same month. “We went through a lot of pain and having to go through it together, but reading the whole book and seeing where it ended at is really touching.”

Jelly Roll continued: “I’m just proud of her for telling her story so unapologetically. I mean, she talks about everything fearlessly, from domestic assault to sexual assault. I’m just proud of her. She’s so brave.”
