Jason Segel proposed to girlfriend Kayla Radomski after two years of dating — and she said yes.
Radomski, 34, confirmed the engagement news, sharing a series of photos from the proposal on Instagram on Wednesday, June 18. “FOREVER YES,” she captioned the post, along with a ring emoji and a red heart emoji.
Daily Mail was first to report the news of the couple’s engagement on Tuesday, June 17, confirming that Segel, 45, got down on one knee to pop the question. According to the outlet, the actor proposed at the rose garden on The Huntington Library property in Pasadena, California.
After the romantic proposal, the couple reportedly continued their night with a celebratory dinner in the same location.
Segel and Radomski were first linked in October 2023, when they were spotted attending Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights together. Months later, they made their red carpet debut at the Golden Globes in January 2024. Radomski celebrated the night with a social media post, offering a shoutout to Segel, who was nominated for his role in Shrinking but ultimately lost to Jeremy Allen White for The Bear.
They stepped out together for a second time at the Emmy Awards that same month.
“We wouldn’t be here without your hard work and determination. I am always amazed watching your drive and love for what you do. You inspire me every single day,” Radomski wrote via Instagram at the time. “I cannot wait to continue to watch you thrive and create more magic throughout your life. Thank you for loving me and being the best man this lady could dream up. I love you.”
While Segel has an Instagram profile, he has yet to post any photos. Radomski, however, has continued to offer an insightful look into their romance.
She shared a November 2024 selfie of the couple on vacation, writing, “Full of love,” alongside a series of red heart emojis.
Earlier this year, Radomski accompanied Segel to the Golden Globes for a second time.
“A beautiful day celebrating my incredible man. @jasonsegel this nomination was so deserved. I have seen the work and dedication you put into not just your work, but everything you do,” she captioned a series of photos from their night out. “You continue to amaze me every single day. Anyone who gets the honor to know you is so lucky. I am beyond proud of you and cannot wait to see all that is ahead. I love you beyond words!!!”
Prior to Segel’s relationship with Radomski, the How I Met Your Mother alum was romantically linked to his Freaks and Geeks costar Linda Cardellini in the early 2000s and Michelle Williams from March 2012 to February 2013. Segel was also briefly linked to Bojana Novakovic in 2013 before moving on with Alexis Mixter, whom he was with for eight years prior to their April 2021 split.
