Three of America’s most notorious pleasure palaces are officially up for grabs.

A legendary trio of licensed Nevada brothels once ruled by the late pimp-turned politician Dennis Hof has hit the market — for an eye-popping $33.9 million asking price.

Dubbed the Bunny Ranch Legacy Portfolio, the package deal, being sold by Hof’s estate, bundles together three infamous cathouses — alongside a sprawling footprint of desert real estate, located not far from Nevada’s capital, Carson City.

Billed as a “nationally recognized Nevada enterprise,” the deal includes the world-famous Moonlite Bunny Ranch, as well as Sagebrush Ranch and Love Ranch, along with residential property, highway-frontage land, warehouses, storage facilities, and development parcels.

All told, the portfolio encompasses 11 individual real estate parcels — totaling 49.79 acres and more than 23,500 square feet of buildings, according to the listing.

The deal also throws in furniture, fixtures, equipment, company-owned vehicles, inventory and business support assets — plus the recognizable trade names, marketing materials, websites, branding and other intellectual property, “subject to seller exclusions,” which were not immediately made clear.

The sellers say they’re even willing to stick around and show the new prospective owners the ropes — offering up to a year of transition and training support under terms to be negotiated.

Detailed financials, however, are being kept under the covers.

Prospective buyers must sign a non disclosure agreement and undergo a qualifications review before getting access to the books.

The crown jewel of the package is Moonlite Bunny Ranch at 69 Moonlight Road in Mound House — about seven miles east of Carson City.

The 7,437-square-foot property became arguably America’s most famous legal brothel under Hof, who bought the business in 1992 and turned it into a pop-culture spectacle.

The ranch shot to fame thanks in part to HBO’s racy reality series “Cathouse,” which pulled back the curtain on life inside Hof’s operation and made the brothel and its owner television stars.

Behind the neon signs, though, the properties served as the backdrop for some of Nevada’s wildest and darkest headlines.

In 2003, former Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil was charged with misdemeanor battery after a woman working at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch accused the rocker of grabbing her around the throat and throwing her against a wall.

Another Hof property in Nye County, Nev., also called Love Ranch for a time, was the scene of one of the most notorious episodes connected to Hof’s brothel empire.

Former Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom was found unconscious there in October 2015 after spending several days at the brothel, triggering a medical emergency that left him in a coma and fighting for his life.

Hof died at the Nye County property, near Las Vegas, in 2018, hours after his 72nd birthday party — which was attended by Flavor Flav, Ron Jeremy and others. That building is not part of the sale.
