We’ll say this for Hulu subscribers — they’re very consistent about the shows and movies they want to watch.

That’s why there’s not a lot of turnover among the top 15 shows and movies on Hulu. Alien: Earth, The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox and even General Hospital remain high on the list.

However, there are enough new additions this week for Watch With Us to update our selections for the three popular Hulu movies and TV shows you should watch now.

Our picks include the latest ABC News true crime miniseries, an adult animated comedy sensation and a wild zombie flick.

‘Betrayal: Under His Eye’ (2025)

OFFICIAL TRAILER: ‘Betrayal: Under His Eye’ | September 2 | Streaming on Hulu

ABC News’ latest true crime miniseries, Betrayal: Under His Eye, follows the story of Stacey, a single mother who fell hard for Dr. Justin Rutherford before marrying him. Stacey thought that Justin was her dream match until her son discovered a hidden camera in the bathroom of their home.

That lead to revelations that Rutherford was accused of sexual abuse and even wilder claims that he intended to have one of his victims murdered before he could go to trial. Once this family is shattered, there’s no putting the Rutherfords back together again.

‘Rick and Morty’ (2013 – Present)

The entire run of the sci-fi animated comedy series Rick and Morty is available on Hulu, including the recently concluded eighth season. Series cocreator Justin Roiland voiced both Rick Sanchez and his grandson, Morty Smith, across the first six seasons before he was fired from the show.

From season 7 onward, Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden have taken over their respective roles of Rick and Morty while continuing the title characters’ insane misadventures across the multiverse. Season 8 explores Rick’s relationship with his daughter, Beth (Sarah Chalke), including her double, Space Beth, who may or may not be the original Beth. The mythology behind the show can get a little bizarre, but the series’ sense of  humor and sharp writing made it one of the standout animated hits of the last decade

‘World War Z’ (2013)

World War Z is exactly what it looks like: Brad Pitt vs. zombies. Pitt plays Gerry Lane, a United Nations investigator who barely survives one of the initial zombie waves that devastated the world. For the sake of his family, Gerry agrees to embark on a global mission to discover the cause of the zombie plague that is destroying humanity.

Gerry’s investigation turns up some promising leads, but the quest for a cure may prove to be beyond his abilities. The zombies in this world are fast and relentless, and there’s no way to hide from them forever.
