Hailee Steinfeld is breaking out her pregnancy workout routine.

“At this point, they’re a little slower,” Steinfeld, 29, wrote of her fitness regimen in the Friday, February 6, issue of her “Beau Society” newsletter. “I’m prioritizing listening to my body, which has been a consistent thing I’ve always done when it comes to working out, regardless of my physical state.”

Steinfeld announced in December 2025 that she and her husband, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, are expecting their first baby.

As Allen, 29, and Steinfeld gear up for their new arrival, the Sinners actress has been prioritizing walking-based workouts.

“Recently, I’ve been doing a lot of walking,” she wrote in her newsletter. “Sometimes I set out for 30 minutes, and it ends up being 15, or less than that. I’m taking it slow, but movement is key.”

She continued, “The other day, I felt like I should be going up and down the stairs more, so I started doing some housework that had me going up and down the stairs, and afterwards I was like, ‘Okay, I’m good with stairs for a while!’

Steinfeld and Allen have been together since 2023, getting married two years later in 2025.

“There’s an easy answer in my brain,” Steinfeld gushed in her newsletter about maintaining an intentional relationship with her husband. “I don’t want it to seem cliché, but we focus on being truly present with each other. More specifically, we’re big on weekly date nights, and going no phones for an hour at the end of the day.”

As for Allen, he’s made it clear that their growing family is his No. 1 priority.

“I’ve got siblings that have kids, I’ve got a lot of friends that have kids and I don’t know if you can plan too far in advance,” Allen said in a press conference last month when asked about balancing future daddy duty with football. “I’m very much looking forward to that with my wife.”

He continued, “Becoming a dad [is] something that I will take with great pride. We’re going to have to figure things out on the go, just like anything else. This is the most important thing I’ll be in my life — being a dad. I know I love being a football player and I love being a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, but I’m looking forward to this one.”

Steinfeld, meanwhile, has also become Allen’s biggest cheerleader ever since they got together.

“On game days, I usually keep it to jeans, a T-shirt and a hat. That’s my go-to formula,” she revealed in a September 2025 newsletter. “However, I have a lot of fun leaning into my vintage collection (which has turned into a real treasure trove in our basement), finding special pieces to pull out for the pure celebration that is a Sunday at Highmark Stadium.”

While Steinfeld seldom missed a Bills game during the 2025-2026 season, she was absent for the Wild Card playoff game that fell on Golden Globes Sunday.

“Kickoff just happened to be at the same time as glam, so I was a little (lot) distracted,” Steinfeld quipped in a January newsletter issue. “My glam team is incredible at what they do and worked around my constant movement.”

Allen and the Bills were eliminated from the playoffs weeks later, dashing their hopes of appearing in Super Bowl LX. The 2026 NFL championship kicks off Sunday, February 8, between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco’s Levi’s Stadium.
