Once you “bop,” you can’t stop.

“The Bop House” — a compound for content creators in Florida that’s been dubbed the “Gen Z Playboy mansion” — has welcomed a new member.

Lexi Marvel, 25, will soon move into the $60,000-per-month Miami manse, which has been the subject of widespread interest over the past year.

Eight gals originally moved into the property in 2024, documenting their roommate escapades and amassing five million followers on TikTok alone. They savvy women subsequently shared more NSFW footage on OnlyFans, each netting millions of dollars in the process.

The group’s highest earner, Sophie Rain, 20, revealed last month that she was leaving the Bop House amid tensions with the other girls. The brunette has reportedly raked in more than $23 million in gross earnings this year alone.

The vacancy prompted the other Bop House members — Aishah Sofey, 22, Alina Rose, 24, Ava Reyes, 19, Camilla Araújo, 22, Julia Filippo, 22, Summer Iris, 19, and Joy Mei, 19 — to advertise for a new roommate.

Given the lucrative nature of the Bop House, it’s no surprise that the callout prompted a staggering 12,000 applications.

Finalists were asked to head to Los Angeles for in-person auditions on Aug. 9, prompting some critics to call the entire saga “cooked.”

In the end, Mavel, who hails from Arizona, came out on top.

“Welcome our NEWEST BOP HOUSE MEMBER Lexi Marvel,” an Instagram post announcing the winner enthused.

Marvel already has more than 2 million Instagram followers and an OnlyFans page, but will likely see her earnings explode once she moves into the Miami mansion.
