Florida authorities have arrested a 24-year-old woman on dozens of felony charges after investigators connected her to animal and child sexual abuse materials and videos that had been shared via Snapchat.

Us Weekly confirmed with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office that the case against Vallen Ada Marie Hrabb was initiated in August 2025, soon after investigators received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

The tip flagged an account featuring CSAM and animal sexual abuse footage.

Hrabb wasn’t arrested, though, until Tuesday, March 24, as detectives built their case against her.

Hrabb is being held at the Santa Rosa County Jail, according to online records.

Investigators alleged Hrabb’s Snapchat account was traced to an IP address registered to an address at the Ates Ranch RV Park on Jeff Ates Road in Milton.

A check of Snapchat records identified Hrabb as that specific account’s holder.

A judge signed off on a search warrant that was executed on January 7.

During the search, deputies seized a laptop and a cell phone. A forensic accounting of their contents was complete last month, authorities said.

When speaking to police, Hrabb claimed she had accessed an adult website, and was subsequently sent unsolicited videos depicting the abuse of children. She did eventually admit to saving one of the felonious images.

She also allegedly admitted to recording herself engaging in sexual acts with her dog. She allegedly told cops she had sent those videos to other individuals.

Hrabb is now charged with three counts of sexual contact with an animal, 20 counts of film or possess image/video of animal sex activity, two counts of possession/viewing of child pornography and one count for use of a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony.

Hrabb remains in custody on a $65,000 bond, and a judge has barred her from having any contact with minors. She also can’t use the internet.

No plea or attorney information was available for Hrabb.

The next hearing in her case is scheduled for April 23.
