She’s serving up airplane doos and don’t’s.

Baby poop particles are the undetectable, undesirable condiments likely contaminating those pretzels, cookies and in-flight bites frequent flyers eat from their tray tables at 30,000 feet, cautions a cabin crew pro.

“People change their kids diapers on those tray tables on airplanes; that’s why, as a flight attendant, I don’t ever eat off of those tray tables, I don’t put any of my stuff on those tray tables,” warned Janae, a mile-high staffer, in a stomach-churning vid.

“If I have to, I take a trash bag and lay it over [the surface], because even wiping it down with Lysol wipes,” she continued, “the area has to stay wet for 10 minutes for it to actually be fully effective.”

It’s the crappy plight of the folks in service during a flight.

Janae, unveiling the vile truth about those mini counters to her more than 22,000 followers, then blasted the icky, inconsiderate parents who carelessly commit the mid-air offense.

“Why do people do this? Why do people change their kids dirty diapers on tray tables where people are going to be putting their stuff and eating? Because they don’t think,” she spat. “As a flight attendant, people will come up and try to hand you their dirty diapers and we’re like, ‘No! Let me get gloves at the bare minimum.’”

“I won’t even take it with gloves — but [the parents] act offended at that,” said the redhead, who, instead, hands those rude moms and dads garbage bags, forcing them to manage their little one’s waste.

Janae went on to scold the unsanitary travelers who expect flight attendants to handle the vomit in their barf bags, as well as those who refuse to wash their hands after using the lavatories and the kooks that walk the cabin barefoot.

The air hostess is just one in the hundreds of her colleagues who’ve openly alerted trippers to the oft-unseen gunk, filth and grime that covers the parts of the plane with which passengers regularly come into contact.

Cher, a Texas-based flight attendant, virally revealed the yuckiest areas of an Airbus, including the window shades, carpet, the overhead bins and safety straps. Her warnings were echoed by Josephine Remo, another attendant, who separately highlighted the bathroom sink faucet and door lock as hotspots that rarely undergo cleaning.

“I try to avoid the restroom if possible,” Shanina Knighton, a research associate professor at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University, previously said in a statement regarding the filthiest in-flight spots, “but when I must go, I’m careful about what I touch.”

“I wouldn’t want to start a vacation with a stomach bug…”
