She’s a woman helping women — fill their closets.

Gloria Steinem is auctioning 40 pieces of clothing and accessories through NYC vintage shop What Goes Around Comes Around on March 27 via eBay Live — the first time she has even sold her personal belongings.

The eclectic collection includes clothing, handbags, jewelry and accessories the famed feminist amassed during her trips across India and the US during her journalism career.

Proceeds from the sale are going towards Gloria’s Foundation, which works on “advancing gender equity and preserving her iconic Manhattan apartment, a historic hub of feminist activism and community.”

Steinem, 91, told The Post why it’s important that her East 73rd Street apartment remain a gathering space.

“Years ago, I saw a brownstone in London with a bronze plaque explaining that it had once been a space for women to organize for the vote. Since then, I’ve hoped to dedicate my home as a space for women to have meetings and organize,” she said.

“My living room became a space for women to share stories and organize starting in the 1960s, and I hope it can continue to be a safe space for diverse people to come together.”

Steinem, who launched Ms. Magazine, the first publication to be owned and operated by women, is also asking that those who purchase her items tag photos of themselves in them on social media so she can see them getting a new life.

Steinem, who graduated from Smith College in 1956, moved to New York in 1960 and began her career in New York as a freelance journalist. One of the publications she contributed to was Glamour magazine, so it’s only fitting that its editor-in-chief Samantha Barry will be co-hosting the eBay sale.

What Goes Around Comes Around’s co-founder, Gerard Maione, spoke about the uniqueness of the feminist icon’s pieces, whose starting prices range from $100 to $2,000.

“The pieces capture her evolution across decades of activism, with a distinctly bohemian spirit shaped by her travels and global influences,” he said.

“From intricate embroidery and sequin embellishments to rich silks, velvets, and statement fringe, the collection highlights an artisan flair, with craftsmanship inspired by Southeast Asia and India … The pieces are not just rare, they are truly priceless.”
