They’re dating for dough.

Florida and Nevada top a list of states whose residents are most likely to marry for money, a new study revealed.

The Sunshine and Silver states both earned a gold-digger score of 8.24 out of 10.

Texas trailed close behind with a score of 8.23, followed by California with 8.07 and New York with 8.04.

“I literally would have named the same five states if I had compiled my own list,” matchmaker and dating coach Blaine Anderson told The Post. “Florida and Nevada are stereotyped as having more transactional dating cultures, especially in Miami and Las Vegas.

“I’ve had multiple clients in both of those cities tell me that they’d previously met women who mentioned something like, ‘I’m looking for a man who will cover rent,’ on first dates.”

The divorce-coaching app SplitUp looked at factors such as concentration of millionaire and billionaires, population, average annual income, hourly wage and cost of living in each state, in compiling the data. Dating app behaviors and online searches for phrases such as “sugar daddy” “sugar mommy,” “sugar baby” and “marry rich” were also tallied.

The bottom five states, which are least likely to be populated with gold diggers, are Maine, Wyoming, Montana, Nebraska and Vermont.

Emyli Lovz, dating and relationship expert and cofounder of emlovz, said it wasn’t surprising that states like California, which has the most billionaires in the US, followed by New York, Texas and Florida, top the list.

“They combine high concentrations of wealth with lifestyle-driven dating cultures, so the pursuit of love and luxury often goes hand in hand,” she said.

“Where luxury lifestyles are visible and accessible, the line between affection and ambition gets even blurrier.”
