Utah sheriffs were called out to Scott Wolf’s home after an unidentified male called to plea for help with his estranged wife, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to a report written from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, obtained by Us, the man called 911 on the evening of June 27.
The address listed on the report is Scott and his estranged wife Kelley Wolf’s home in Park City, Utah. Us obtained the heavily redacted 911 audio.
“What’s the reason for keep the peace call?” the dispatcher asked the caller.
“So, I have a restraining order against my estranged wife. And there was some reason to believe, through friends, that she was going to show up at the house with someone tonight … and kinda make a scene,” the man alleged.
The unidentified man said he was arriving home from “out of town with my three children.”
The dispatcher asked, “And she was going to be there at midnight?”
The man, who sounded shaken, said, “I was basically told that she knows we’re arriving – she knew what flight we were gonna be on – I was just told that she was telling people that she might be there with someone else when we get home.”
He told the dispatcher the time his GPS said he would arrive at his home and said, “We can wait for an officer to get there.”
“This is regarding an ongoing case. I have the case number if you want to attach it,” the man added.
The man was told officers would call him when they arrived. The call ended with the man thanking the dispatcher for her help.
The sheriff’s report noted an officer arrived at the home around 11:46 p.m. and left around 15 minutes later. No arrests were noted in the report.
As Us previously reported, Scott filed for divorce from Kelley on June 9 after 21 years of marriage. The exes share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
A short time after the Party of Five star filed for divorce, Kelley was detained by police during an Instagram Live. She was taken to a local hospital and released a short time later.
Officers were called out to Scott and Kelley’s home the same day Kelley was detained. An unidentified female caller said she wanted her brother-in-law removed from her home. Records show officers drove out to the home to investigate.
A report written by an officer claimed that while at the home, an unidentified male reported an alleged assault that took place. The alleged victim claimed an unidentified woman choked him in the bedroom.
The officers left without any arrests. A couple of days later, the alleged victim told police he did not want to pursue charges against the woman who allegedly abused him.
On June 25, Scott was granted a temporary restraining order against Kelley and awarded sole custody of their kids. The restraining order was tentatively dropped last week.
Last week, Kelley claimed on social media that she had been placed on a second involuntary hold by law enforcement. Kelley wrote, “I was held for 7 days and they tried to keep me for 90 days.”
On Instagram, Kelley shared a series of photos showing her alleged bruises from the police encounter.
“I cannot be quiet anymore. This is from the police. I will get myself safe but I’m asking for help,” she said. She claimed “Summit County Police” were the ones who took her from a hot tub at Sundance Resort on July 6.
The rep for the Summit County Sheriff’s Office told Us, “Sundance Resort is not located within Summit County, and therefore, no law enforcement agency from Summit County, including the Summit County Sheriff’s Office, would be involved in incidents occurring there. I can confirm that the Summit County Sheriff’s Office was not involved in any response to Sundance on July 6.”
