Christina Haack said that she manifested “real love” in her life before meeting boyfriend Christopher LaRocca.

“When you write your goals down and focus on them, watch how quickly your life can change,” Haack, 41, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, April 26.

The former Flip or Flop star shared via Instagram a “vision board” that she made in October 2024, which she credited with helping make her personal and professional goals come true.

The vision board features phrases like “the missing piece was having real love” and “relaxed and refined,” along with expressing hope for “protection” and “great times” in the year ahead.

“Every 5 years or so I put together a ‘vision board’,” she wrote. “This is the vision board I did in October 2024. If you’ve never done one it’s a compilation of your dreams and goals. It can be anything and everything. Big goals, small goals, anything that resonates with you. I’m sharing because I highly recommend it.”

Haack’s request for “real love” came before she started dating LaRocca earlier this year, following her split from her third husband, Joshua Hall. She also manifested some exciting travel opportunities that came true shortly after the creation of her vision board.

“When I did this board I had never been to Paris or Reims (Veuve Cliquot) and I didn’t have any plans to go,” she wrote. “Within a month not only did I get to go to both — this trip also set the stage for embarking on my own champagne line.”

Haack is now preparing the release of her signature champagne line Clé Cachée this fall, describing the product’s upcoming launch as a “big” achievement in her life.

“The key to self-discovery is often hidden deep within,” she noted. “Find it, unlock it, and watch how quickly limitless possibilities open for you. Envision the life you want to live, set your intentions and your manifestations will become your reality.”

Earlier in April, the Christina on the Coast star opened up via Instagram about working on her history of “anxious attachment” and “a history of codependency issues.”

“Meeting an unexpected good man who has his own amazing career, life & hobbies (who also happens to have zero jealousy) can at times feel strange for someone who has had the opposite,” she acknowledged.

Haack went on, “At 41 I’m finally learning about safe communication, independence during commitment and a relationship that is NOT 0-100. I am for sure guilty of putting pressure on others Facing my own insecurities has forced me into doing the shadow work I’ve been avoiding. it’s time to break the cycle.”

Haack was married to first husband Tarek El Moussa — with whom shares daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9 — from 2009 and 2018. She shares 5-year-old son Hudson with second husband Ant Anstead, to whom she was with from 2018 to 2021.

The celebrity real estate investor married third husband Hall in 2021, but she announced that they’d separated last September. Hall has since moved on with new girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys.
