Todd and Julie Chrisley‘s son Chase Chrisley is continuing to celebrate his parents’ return home from federal prison.

Chase turned 29 years old on Sunday, June 1, less than one week after Todd, 56, and Julie, 52, were pardoned by President Donald Trump for their bank fraud and tax evasion convictions. Chase took to his Instagram Story on Sunday to repost an image from Fox News about his parents heading home to Nashville.

“Best birthday gift I could ask for,” he wrote.

Chase also shared a tribute from his girlfriend, Jodi Laine Fournerat, who he began dating in late 2023 after his split from Emmy Medders.

“Happy birthday to the man who makes me feel like the luckiest woman on earth!” Fournerat wrote alongside two photos of the couple. “You’re more than just my boyfriend, you’re my best friend, my biggest fan, and the one I can always count on. Thank you for showing me the power of true, unconditional love. I love you beyond words, Chase Madison. ♥︎ @chasechrisley.”

The Chrisley family has been in good spirits since Trump, 78, announced his plans to pardon Todd and Julie during a phone call with their daughter Savannah Chrisley on Tuesday, May 27. (Along with Chase and Savannah, the reality stars are the parents of son Grayson and adopted daughter Chloe. Todd also has two older children, Lindsie and Kyle, from a previous marriage.)

“It’s a terrible thing, but it’s a great thing, because your parents are going to be free and clean,” Trump said in a clip shared via X. “I hope we can do it by tomorrow. I don’t know them, but give them my regards. [I] wish them a good life.”

Savannah, 27, picked up her father from federal prison in Florida on Wednesday, May 28, while one of her brothers went to Julie’s detention center in Kentucky. The following day, Savannah shared a glimpse of her parents reuniting for the first time in more than two years.

Todd and Julie were convicted on fraud charges in 2022 following their 2019 indictments. Julie was sentenced to seven years in prison, while her husband received a 12-year sentence. Their sentences were each reduced by nearly two years before their release. Throughout the ordeal, the couple have maintained their innocence.

Savannah played an integral role in helping her parents return home. In a press conference held in Nashville on Friday, May 30, Todd thanked his daughter for her unwavering support. (Julie, for her part, was at home with Chloe.)

“She has fought a long fight,” Todd told reporters. “And for any parent to see their child fight this hard, it’s a double-edged sword. It’s a blessing and then your heart breaks because your child has been placed in that position.”

Todd noted that he would “always be grateful” to Savannah and denied he was responsible for the crimes he was accused of committing. “Even though this pardon has happened, I still was convicted of something that I did not do,” he claimed, arguing, “I would have remorse if it was something that I did.”

Chase did not appear to be at the press conference with his dad and sister, but he previously opened up about seeing his parents come together again after their time apart.

“I’m emotional. It was a beautiful moment,” he told Entertainment Tonight last week. “I don’t think it really hit me until they were both home and I got to see my mom and dad hug each other and embrace each other. … I can’t even describe it like the amount of joy that I felt.”
