Brittany Cartwright is officially miss moving on.
Things are heating up between The Valley star and musician Will Gittens, Us Weekly can confirm. (Page Six was first to break the news of their budding romance Tuesday, May 27.)
“They aren’t exclusively dating,” a source told Us about the pair. “It’s casual and Brittany’s having a lot of fun.”
Cartwright, 36, was spotted — alongside some of her The Valley costars — attending one of Gittens’ shows in Los Angeles late last month. A video shared via the JB Entertainment production company Instagram showed Cartwright and Gittens, 32, chatting. Fellow Bravo star Zack Wickham could also be seen in the clip.
Cartwright’s new romance comes on the heels of her divorce from Jax Taylor. The former Vanderpump Rules couple, who share 4-year-old son Cruz, married in 2019. Cartwright filed for divorce last year after a tumultuous relationship which has been captured by Bravo cameras. They have yet to finalize their split. However, Cartwright did admit during a recent “Give Them Lala” podcast appearance that the divorce “will be final any day, hopefully.”
The Valley is currently airing its second season on Bravo — which was filmed in summer 2024 — and fans have watched Cartwright and Taylor’s marriage unravel. Taylor entered a 30-day treatment program in June 2024 to address his ongoing mental health struggles, which was a story line on the show. Earlier this year, he admitted to seeking treatment for cocaine addiction as well.
Prior to the news of Cartwright’s dating update, Cartwright played coy about romances during her Monday, May 26, appearance on “The Nikki & Brie Show” podcast. She said it’s been “great” dating after splitting from Taylor, 45.
“I hadn’t had, like, attention or affection in my marriage for a long time,” Cartwright explained. “I lost a lot of confidence and being made to feel beautiful again. It really helped my confidence.”
She also appeared on fellow Vanderpump Rules alum Lala Kent’s podcast and offered a slight update on her dating life.
“I don’t really like being single,” Cartwright admitted during a May 21 appearance on the “Give Them Lala” podcast. “I think I get, like, lonely. But then again, I do have a lot of things I need to work on still and I need to heal from things.”
Cartwright noted that she’s “having fun” and admitted to having “a crush,” but not naming names.
“Nothing serious, but yeah, we’ll see where it goes,” she shared at the time.
