A year after a man was found stabbed to death inside a tent at Burning Man — the annual weeklong art and music festival in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert — his killer remains at large, and investigators still cannot account for the final hours before his death.
Vadim Kruglov, a 37-year-old Russian-born man who had been living in Washington state, was discovered in a pool of blood at the wild festival at about 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2025, as the iconic “Man” burned.
