Amanda Bynes is showing off her new look, revealing to her followers that she recently received lip injections to plump up her pout.

The former Nickelodeon child star, 39, shared a short clip of herself in a car that featured her new fuller lips via her Instagram Story on Friday, August 22.

She captioned the post, “Lip injections by @body.byem <3”

The post comes just over a month after she shared a new beauty addition via another social media post.

“What’s up, everybody? I just wanted to make a quick post that I just bought a new grill on IceGiants’ website,” Bynes said. “Their work is incredible.”

The She’s The Man star continued, “I can’t wear tooth gems because I have veneers; they don’t stick on my teeth, so this is my way of having tooth gems.”

Giving a thumbs up to the camera, she added, “It’s pretty awesome.”

Bynes has been living a low-key life since stepping away from her Hollywood career due to mental health struggles.

In 2018, she spoke to Paper magazine about the pressures of her on-screen career and how her appearance in 2010 film Easy A played a part in her decision to walk away.

“I literally couldn’t stand my appearance in that movie and I didn’t like my performance,” she told the outlet at the time. “I was absolutely convinced I needed to stop acting after seeing it.”

Bynes also told the magazine that she was under the influence of drugs at the film’s premiere, which may have contributed to how she felt about the way she looked on the big screen.

“I was high on marijuana when I saw that but for some reason it really started to affect me,” she said.

The actress added, “I saw it and I was convinced that I should never be on camera again.”

Earlier this year, Bynes publicly touched on her appearance as she shared her quest to lose 40 pounds by using weight loss drug Ozempic.

“I’m going on Ozempic. So excited,” she shared via an Instagram Story update in June. “I’m 173 [pounds] now, so I hope to get down to 130, which would be awesome.”

Bynes explained she wanted to undergo a weight loss journey “so I look better in paparazzi pictures and you don’t see my double chin from strange angles.”

She then promised to continue to update fans on her “Ozempic journey.”

Ozempic is a brand name for semaglutide, a GLP-1 medication developed to improve glycemic control in people with type 2 diabetes. In recent years, semaglutide has also been prescribed to help people struggling with their weight to improve their health.
