Picking a film to watch on streaming can be tricky — I mean, there are so many amazing films out there, how do you decide which one to watch next?

Thankfully, this is exactly what Watch With Us is here for. Hulu just added a ton of fantastic new movies to its catalogue this month. We picked three of the very best films with at least 90 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, so you know they are pretty good.

A subversive horror film, an action-packed classic and a quirky Tim Burton staple. Read on to see where they rank on the Tomatometer.

Rotten Tomatoes score: 94 percent

Bruce Willis plays an ordinary man pushed to extraordinary ends in this icon of action cinema that doubles — to some — as a perennial Christmas film. New York police detective John McLane (Willis) wants to reconcile with his estranged wife at her office Christmas party, but a wrench is thrown into his plans when terrorists take over the company building. With the LAPD offering little assistance, McLane attempts to take down the coup all by himself.

Die Hard is such a famous movie title that it’s almost lost all meaning — you’ve probably heard about the film so much that it might feel like you’ve already seen it. Make no mistake, the film has become an enduring pop culture staple for a reason. Funny, thrilling and exceedingly tense, this race-against-the-clock is an ingenious work of technical filmmaking prowess, featuring Willis at the top of his game.

Rotten Tomatoes score: 92 percent

Tess (Georgina Campbell) arrives at her Airbnb home in a dangerous Detroit neighborhood to find that another guest, Keith (Bill Skarsgård), is already staying there. Wary of Keith’s intentions but with nowhere else to go, Tess decides to spend the night, but gets a sinking feeling that she’s being watched. This fear comes into sharper relief when Keith and Tess discover a hidden dungeon in the basement, and then Keith gets dragged inside.

Before Weapons, former Whitest Kids U Know member Zach Cregger took the horror genre by storm with his impressive feature debut, Barbarian. Subversive and totally frightening, the film plants a clever bait-and-switch that threw audiences for a loop back in 2022 and features a delightfully amusing performance from Justin Long. The film does an excellent job of blending light humor into its horror, adding levity without taking away the terror.

Rotten Tomatoes score: 90 percent

On a hill near a perfectly pastel suburb, a decrepit old mansion overlooks the paradigm of normalcy. In it resides a humanoid named Edward (Johnny Depp), created by an old inventor (Vincent Price) who had passed away before being able to give his artificial offspring proper hands. Left with rows of sharp scissors as his primary appendages, Edward nevertheless has a gentle spirit. He is taken in by a kind door-to-door saleswoman (Dianne Wiest) and falls for her teen daughter (Winona Ryder) but struggles to fit in with others.

Featuring the final performance of horror icon Vincent Price, Edward Scissorhands offers an affecting reinterpretation of the classic Frankenstein story as a modernized Gothic fairytale. Moving, funny and with a deeply empathetic performance by Depp, Edward Scissorhands is an incredibly humanist story full of those eccentric touches of absurd surrealism that director Tim Burton is known for.
